Astronomy Cast Ep.399: Women in Science!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTu77hiZW2A

Something big is brewing in the science world this week, and Pamela is able to share it with us today. Please everyone to join us for this Astronomy Cast on a special day! We talk today about sexual harassment and sexual abuse in the sciences. Not an easy topic to do, but it’s way too important not to cover. With names such as Richard Feynman, James Watson, James Webb and Geoff Marcy on the predator list we just HAVE to do better. We have to. Let’s start by ending the institutionalized, silencing Title IX "confidentiality agreements" that shelter the abusers. Let’s send the message that women in science matter.
