Dr. Paul Matt Sutter hosts.
This week I chat with Kai Staats of the Department of Mathematics & Applied Mathematics of the University of Cape Town about going to Mars, science filmmaking, and…streaking. On Mars.
Through his research he is gaining a deeper understanding of how we, as a species, are using machine learning, data mining, and robotics to better understand the world around us, and ourselves.
Special thanks to the Square Kilometer Array South Africa for hosting this recording session.
